Kinpath Circle messages terms
These draft terms describe the planned recurring Circle logistics program. Enrollment and messaging are not active.
Program and messages
Kinpath Circle messages are recurring, non-marketing logistics texts for a specific private Circle. The closed program may send one recipient-triggered consent confirmation, then a Circle invitation, confirmation, material change, cancellation, or at most one starting reminder. It does not permit marketing, promotions, contact import, cold outreach, free-form facilitator text, or automatic chasing.
Consent and frequency
You would enroll by providing your mobile number, checking a separate blank checkbox, and completing a phone-possession step. A facilitator cannot enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying or using Kinpath.
Message frequency varies. At most four Kinpath-originated Circle logistics messages are sent to one recipient for one Circle, including the invitation. At most two outbound messages are sent to one number in 24 hours. One consent confirmation is separately recipient-triggered when a new consent grant is created and remains subject to the two-message daily ceiling.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier controls its charges. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Kinpath cannot guarantee that a text is delivered, displayed, or read; important Circle information must remain available through the Kinpath link or app.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of all Kinpath texts to that number. Twilio's standard toll-free filter blocks later provider sends and confirms the opt-out. Kinpath also records a global suppression when its signed webhook succeeds or is recovered. A reasonable revocation request through the app, web, or support would use the same suppression once those routes exist.
START or UNSTOP would restore messaging only if the final approved disclosure makes that keyword an explicit new consent action. A provider unblock by itself is not permission for Kinpath to resume.
Help
Reply HELP for help or visit the Kinpath Help page. The candidate support email is hello@kinpath.community, but it is not yet verified as monitored and is not a live support promise.
Privacy and links
The SMS Privacy Policy describes the data, Twilio and carrier routing, STOP retention exception, access, and unresolved deletion durations. Kinpath invitation links would use the Kinpath domain, contain an opaque expiring token, and contain no phone number or personal data in the URL.
Availability and changes
The initial program is limited to the United States and Canada. Kinpath may pause or end the program, but ending outbound messaging does not disable inbound STOP and HELP handling while an earlier message can still receive a reply. Any future change to message purpose, frequency, sender, consent, or provider requires a new review before it applies.
